  • Connect and manage multiple payment processors through a single integration.
  • Process payments, refunds, and payouts.
  • Create and manage payment links for collecting payments from customers.
  • Configure smart routing rules to optimize payment success rates.
  • Monitor transactions, disputes, and analytics through the Merchant Dashboard.
  • Receive real-time event notifications via webhooks.

6. Account Responsibilities

As a user of Uprails, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws.
  • Not use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

7. Payment Processing & API Usage

Uprails provides a payment orchestration platform. The processing of payments is handled by the payment infrastructure you configure. You are responsible for maintaining valid agreements with your payment providers and ensuring compliance with their requirements.

Access to our API is subject to fair usage policies. We reserve the right to impose rate limits to ensure platform stability. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in restrictions.

8. Liability, Termination & Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uprails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including third-party processing failures.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for terms violations or fraudulent activity. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Merchant Dashboard.
